Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

  • Items must be in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Please note:

  • Customized or made-to-order products (if applicable) are non-returnable.

  • Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.

  • Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for returns.

How to Return

Please include the following details in your email:

  1. Your order number

  2. The reason for the return

  3. Photos (if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Once we review and approve your request, we will provide you with the return instructions and the correct return address.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed automatically back to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
